Tin Roof offered software design, development, DevOps, and delivery services for Fortune 500 clients.

ASH V1, LLC, an affiliate of ASH IP, acquired Tin Roof Software (TRS) in 2018 for $55 million. TRS was Atlanta’s leading outsourced software development company, with blue chip customers including Chick-fil-A, Cox Communications, and Delta. ASH V1 helped TRS expand and diversify its customer list which helped the company double in size in less than two years.

ASH V1 sold TRS to Cognizant in 2020, netting investors a 3x cash on cash return.

Chandler Watlington

CHANDLER WATLINGTON

Principal

Chandler joined ASH Investment Partners in 2026 and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, working with portfolio management teams on near-term operational challenges and long-term strategic goals, and sourcing and executing add-on M&A.

Prior to ASH, Chandler was a Vice President at Primus Capital Partners, a private equity group focused on healthcare, software, and digital services businesses.  Earlier in her career, Chandler was an Associate at Driehaus Private Equity, a Chicago-based private equity firm, and an Analyst at Lincoln International, a middle market investment bank, also in Chicago, IL.

Chandler holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she was a Khosla Private Equity Fellow, and a BA from Washington & Lee University.

Lindsay Petrovick

LINDSAY PETROVICK

Operating Executive

Lindsay Petrovic serves as an Operating Executive at ASH IP. She supports investments in digital services companies by bringing deep executive experience driving growth and transformation through product and service offering innovation, commercial and go-to-market transformation, and P&L optimization. Petrovic’s experience as an executive leader spans across technology, data, financial services, and hospitality businesses.
 
Most recently, as Corporate Vice President of Product Management at NCR Voyix, Petrovic helped transform a B2B software and payments business, launching new products and services and driving go-to-market and commercial effectiveness initiatives to deliver strong adjusted EBITDA growth over her tenure. Previously, Petrovic spent seven years at American Express, where she built a B2B data and AI products business from the ground up, led performance acquisition and customer marketing for small business card and lending portfolios, and worked with the c-suite on several strategic priorities as an internal strategy consultant. Petrovic began her career as a general manager with Hillstone Restaurant Group, owning day-to-day operations and the P&L of a high volume, upscale restaurant. 
 
Petrovic holds Master of Business Administration, Master of Industrial and Labor Relations, and Bachelor of Science degrees from Cornell University.
Caroline Cusick

CAROLINE CUSICK

Vice President, Portfolio Operations

Caroline joined ASH in 2026 as Vice President, Portfolio Operations. She partners with the firm’s portfolio companies to develop and execute value creation plans that deliver on their growth strategies.

Prior to ASH, Caroline worked in Accenture’s Strategy practice, leading growth strategy, operating model and organization design work with clients. While living in New York City, she partnered with private equity firms and their portfolio companies on growth strategy and value creation across industries, with a particular interest in the high tech and digital services sectors. Caroline also guest lectures on operating model and organizational strategy, based on the Kates Kesler methodology, at Cornell University, New York University and Brooklyn College (CUNY).

An Atlanta native, Caroline graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Strategy & Innovation and a Certificate in Marketing.

Christopher Snopek

Associate

Christopher is a member of ASH Investment Partners’ investment team, where he evaluates new investment opportunities, supports deal execution and works alongside portfolio company management teams.
 
Before joining ASH, Christopher worked in investment banking at Citi, advising clients in the energy sector.
 
Christopher earned an A.B. in Economics with Honors from Harvard University, where he played on the varsity baseball team.

Jacqueline Dallas

Accounting Manager

Jacqueline joined ASH in 2025 and is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and assisting with the compliance function of the firm.

Prior to joining ASH, Jacqueline was an Audit & Assurance Manager at Deloitte, primarily serving large public and private audit engagements across the financial technology and private equity sectors. Jacqueline received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Auburn University and Master of Accountancy from Georgia State University. Jacqueline is also a Certified Public Accountant.

 

 

Tucker Colerick

Associate

Tucker joined ASH Investment Partners in 2025 and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, supporting deal execution, and managing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining ASH, Tucker was an Associate at Jefferies LLC in New York, where he focused on life science tools and diagnostics investment banking. While at Jefferies, he supported numerous M&A and capital raising transactions. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Croft & Bender, an Atlanta-based middle market investment bank specializing in M&A and capital raising advisory.

Tucker holds an M.S. in Commerce and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Virginia.
